3. We will provide you the POS (Proclamation of Sale) for further action
4. Prepare Deposit (Banker Cheque) as per the requirement stated in the POS.
5. We hope for a single bidder, but please set your budget for the bidding range if there are multiple bidders involve.
6. For successful bidder, additional fund is needed to top up the different between initial Deposit from Reserve Price and the 10% of the successful Bidding Price.
7. For unsuccessful bidder, bank draft will be returned on the spot
